The Sino-US Global Logistics Institute (SUGLI) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University is seeking outstanding candidates for tenure-track Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Postdoctoral Fellow positions. We are focused on advancing research in several cutting-edge areas, including:

Responsibilities
The successful candidates will collaborate with current faculty on high-level theoretical research and address major applied problems in engineering system management, logistics, and supply chain management. Responsibilities include:
- Teaching graduate courses in industrial and systems engineering.
- Engaging in research that contributes to the advancement of industrial engineering and management science.
- Participating in academic and social activities within the University.
Qualifications
Required:
- A Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, or a related field by the time of hire
- .A strong record of accomplishments, demonstrating the potential to become an outstanding scholar and educator.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of high-quality publications in top peer-reviewed journals, such as those covering industrial engineering and system engineering.
Preferred:
- Previous teaching and/or post-doctoral experience at a world-class university.
- Understanding of the Chinese language and culture.
- Experience with international research collaborations, particularly in industrial engineering.
